Midterm presentations
I have lined up at least three guest critiquers for next Wednesday's class and am ironing out the schedule with them. Based on their availability it is most likely that we will hold presentations between 6-7:30pm and use the first half of class to discuss what is coming next.
Presentation expectations:
- You will have up to five minutes to present.
- You should present as if we know nothing about what you are doing.
- You will not be able to talk about everything (suggestions below).
- Please sign up for the Discord 'course chat' linked through Canvas.
- Prepare an intro to your project (described below).
Midterm deliverables
You may have specified additional deliverables would be submitted with your midterm (this depends on you/your team). Things that cannot or should not be included in the presentation can be submitted to me directly as a link at the start of class.
Suggested structure:
- Who are you?
- What is your proposed graduation project?
- What do you need to 'succeed' in this project?
- How would you know if you 'succeeded' in your graduation project?
You will have up to four minutes per group (or individual, if working alone). Format is of your choosing and be prepared for questions after.
